# Wix

> Add the Squid ID snippet to a Wix site through Settings then Custom Code, set it to load on all pages in the head, and publish to begin identifying visitors.

Copy your snippet from [Install the snippet](/getting-started/install-snippet), then:

  <Step title="Open Custom Code">
    In your site dashboard, go to <strong>Settings → Custom Code</strong> and click <strong>Add Custom Code</strong>.

  <Step title="Paste the snippet">
    Paste the snippet, set it to load on <strong>All pages</strong>, and place it in the <strong>Head</strong>.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Apply">
    Set it to load once, apply, then [verify](/getting-started/verify).
  </Step>
