# Send visitors to BetterContact

> Waterfall-enrich identified Squid ID visitors in BetterContact to verify a work email and phone before you reach out, sending only the on-ICP visitors you care about.

[BetterContact](https://bettercontact.rocks) is a waterfall enrichment tool that chains 20+ data providers to find and verify work emails and phone numbers, charging only for valid results. Squid ID identifies the person on your site; BetterContact verifies the best way to reach them before you start outreach.

## If you're coming from RB2B

RB2B can forward visitors to enrichment tools, but it sends a shallow record and leaves the targeting to you. Squid ID sends an ICP-gated, enriched visitor through its native [Zapier](/integrations/zapier) connector, so only the people worth enriching get sent, and the work profile is already attached.

## Connect

Squid ID reaches BetterContact through Zapier or BetterContact's API (key auth). Its own "webhook" is an async result callback, not an inbound lead receiver, so use one of these:

## What's sent

The fields BetterContact enriches from: `first_name`, `last_name`, `company`, `company_domain`, plus `linkedin` and `squid_icp` for context. BetterContact returns the verified email and phone.
