If you’re coming from RB2B
RB2B identifies visitors and hands them to your other tools. Squid ID drives the outreach itself and stops it when they convert.| RB2B | Squid ID | |
|---|---|---|
| Outreach on a visit | Handed to tools you wire up yourself | Adds the person to your Instantly / HeyReach campaigns |
| Across tools | Not provided | Hand off email to LinkedIn in one playbook |
| Stop on convert | Not provided | Pulls the person out of every campaign they’re in |
| Trigger from your app | Not provided | Post an event to start or stop a playbook |
| Pricing | Not applicable | Flat $15/month, first 30 days free |
Why this matters. A visit alert tells your team someone showed up. Workflows takes the next step for you and, just as important, stops when the person converts, so you never keep chasing someone who already became a customer.
What’s included
- Playbooks across Instantly and HeyReach, triggered by a match, an ICP match, a high-intent page, or an event you send.
- Event tokens so your own app events (a signup, a trial start) can start or stop a playbook, up to a generous monthly allowance.
- Stop on convert so a single signal suppresses the campaigns a person is in.
Pricing
Flat $15 per month, account-wide, with the first 30 days free. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you are not charged. The one usage cost is LinkedIn enrichment, drawn from your prepaid credits at your match rate, and only when we find a LinkedIn for someone you don’t already have one for.Getting started
1
Enable Workflows in Add-ons
Go to Settings → Add-ons and start your free trial. It requires a card so it can bill after the trial; nothing is charged for 30 days.
2
Build a playbook
In Settings → Workflows, pick a scenario, add your action, and connect your Instantly or HeyReach key. See Workflows.
3
Turn it on
Flip the toggle. Squid ID tells you exactly what to finish if anything isn’t ready.
