If you’re coming from RB2B
RB2B surfaces companies at the account level. Squid ID’s company view adds buying-committee and live-presence signals.| RB2B | Squid ID | |
|---|---|---|
| People per company | Listed | Counted as distinct humans, deduplicated across cookies |
| Buying committee | No explicit signal | ”Buying committee” tile and tab for 2+ people from one domain |
| Live presence | No | Green dot when someone from the company is online now |
| New accounts | Limited | ”New this week” for first-ever company visits in the last 7 days |
Why this matters. When several people from one account show up, that’s a buying committee forming. Grouping by company surfaces that pattern instead of burying it across separate rows.
The tiles
Three tiles sit at the top of Companies. Each one is also a filter: click a tile to narrow the list to just those companies, and click it again to clear.- Online now counts companies with someone live on your site right now. Hint: “companies with someone live.”
- New this week counts companies whose first-ever visit was within the last 7 days. Hint: “first-ever visit ≤ 7 days.”
- Buying committee counts companies with 2 or more people from the same domain. Hint: “2+ people from same domain.”
The tabs
Above the list are five tabs that scope which companies appear:- All shows every company that survives your active filters.
- Online shows only companies with someone live right now (matches the Online now tile).
- New shows only companies whose first-ever visit was within the last 7 days (matches the New this week tile).
- Committee shows only companies with 2 or more people from the same domain (matches the Buying committee tile).
- Unviewed shows companies you have not opened yet, so you can work through new accounts without losing your place.
Sorting
Sort the list with the controls on the right:- People orders by the count of distinct people from each company, highest first, so the largest committees rise to the top.
- Last seen orders by recency, so the most recently active accounts come first.
The company rows
Each company row shows:- A building icon to mark the row as a company.
- A green dot when someone from that company is online right now (tooltip “Someone from this company is online now”).
- The company name and domain.
- The people count, written as “N person” for one and “N people” for more than one. This is distinct humans, deduplicated across cookies.
- The last-seen time for the company.
1
Expand a company to see the team
Click a row to load the people from that company. Each person row shows their name and title, plus where they came from and went: Referrer, Landing page, Last page, First seen, and Last seen.
2
Open a person
Click any person to open their full profile in the Visitors view, where you can see their complete page history and route them.
What the expanded view shows
When a company is expanded, you see the people Squid ID has identified from that domain. For each person, the row carries:- Name and title.
- Referrer, where they arrived from.
- Landing page, the first page they hit.
- Last page, the most recent page they viewed.
- First seen and Last seen timestamps.
People shown here can be hidden by your active filters. If an expanded company comes up empty, it’s because the people on it were suppressed. Adjust your filters to change that.
