If you’re coming from RB2B
RB2B can pass visitors to HeyReach, but with no targeting on the way in. Squid ID adds only the visitors that match your ICP, with the LinkedIn profile and work details already resolved.| RB2B | Squid ID | |
|---|---|---|
| Connection | Webhook | Native (direct API) |
| Who’s added | All visitors | All, by ICP, or by high-intent page |
| Resolved profile | LinkedIn URL | LinkedIn URL plus name, company, and title |
Why this matters. HeyReach runs LinkedIn outreach, so it works from a LinkedIn profile. Squid ID resolves that profile for the people who match your ICP and adds only them, so your senders spend connection requests on the right accounts.
Before you connect
HeyReach is LinkedIn-based, so a few things differ from the email connectors:- A visitor is added only if Squid ID resolved their LinkedIn profile (visitors without one are skipped).
- The target HeyReach campaign must be active and have at least one LinkedIn sender account assigned.
Connect HeyReach
1
Get your API key
In HeyReach, go to Settings → API, create a key, and copy it.
2
Paste it
In Squid ID, go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect on the HeyReach card. Paste the key; Squid ID verifies it before saving.
3
Pick a campaign and sender
Choose the HeyReach campaign visitors should enter. Optionally pick a specific LinkedIn sender account, or leave it on the campaign default. Then set routing, requirements, and frequency, and Save.
What’s sent
The LinkedInprofileUrl (the identifier), plus firstName, lastName, companyName, position, location, and the work emailAddress.
Pause or disconnect
- Pause: Use the toggle on the HeyReach card to stop sending without losing the key or settings.
- Disconnect: Open the connector and click Disconnect.
