Transfer ownership - Squid ID

Transferring ownership of a website to a teammate is coming soon. The option is not available in the dashboard yet.

Need to hand a website to someone else now? Contact help@asksquid.ai with the website name and the teammate’s email address, and we will take care of it with you.

What a transfer will do

The teammate becomes the new Owner and takes over billing, payment method, add-ons, and downgrades for that website. You are moved to Admin and keep dashboard and operational access. See Team members and roles for what each role can do.

Billing for the website becomes the new Owner’s responsibility. Make sure they are ready to manage payment before you ask for a transfer.
