Your profile lives under Settings → General in the dashboard. It holds your name and avatar, shows your sign-in email and organization, and contains the danger zone for pausing or deleting the account.

Profile fields

1

Edit your name

Update First name and Last name, then click Save changes. The button stays inactive until you change something.
2

Upload an avatar

Click Change photo, pick a JPG, PNG, or WebP under 5 MB, then Save photo. Square images work best. The image is re-encoded to a clean square PNG in your browser before upload, which strips embedded metadata. Use Remove photo to drop it.
Email and organization are read-only here. Email is your sign-in identity, and organization is set with your account. Contact support@asksquid.ai to change either.

Danger zone

The danger zone is at the bottom of the General page. To stop charges without deleting, turn off auto-reload and drop extra domains in Billing. See How credits work and Plans and domains. Your prepaid balance stays usable while you spend it down.
Deleting the account stops matching immediately. Your data is kept for 45 days, then permanently purged. Reactivate within that window to keep it. Any prepaid balance is non-refundable and is lost when the account is purged.
1

Delete the account

Click Delete account and confirm. Matching stops now; a 45-day recovery window starts.
2

Reactivate within 45 days

While the account is scheduled for deletion, a Reactivate account button is shown. Click it any time before the 45 days elapse to keep your data.
For role-based limits on who can edit account settings, see Team members and roles.
