When someone fills out a form on your site but we couldn’t de-anonymize them during the visit, Form fill enrichment uses the email they submitted to build a full visitor record: the same identity, contact, and company profile you get from a normal identified visit. It only fires when we did not already identify the visitor, so there is no double charge, and it is billed at your current per-match rate. Form fill enrichment is per website and you enable it in Settings → Add-ons.

If you’re coming from RB2B

RB2B identifies anonymous visitors but does not enrich the anonymous form fills it could not de-anonymize. Form fill enrichment closes that gap.

Double charge when the visitor was already identifiedNot applicableNo, it only fires when we hadn’t identified them

Why this matters. A form submission with an email you can’t tie to a company is a dead end. Form fill enrichment turns that email into the full identified-visitor profile, so the lead lands in your pipeline with the same context as a de-anonymized visit, and you only pay when we couldn’t already identify the person.

How it works

1

Form submitted

A visitor fills out a form on your site and submits an email address.
2

We check if the visitor was already identified

If we already de-anonymized that visitor on the visit, nothing happens here, the profile already exists and there is no extra charge.
3

If not, enrich the email into a full record

When the visitor was not identified, we use the submitted email to build a complete visitor record.
4

Billed at your per-match rate

The enrichment is charged once at your current per-match rate, drawn from your prepaid credit balance.
Form fill enrichment never fires on a visitor we already identified, so it cannot double-charge you for the same person.

What it builds

Form fill enrichment produces the standard identified-visitor profile, the same one a normal de-anonymized visit gives you:
  • Name and job title
  • Work email
  • Company, with firmographics and location
  • Visitor location
It includes everything a normal match includes. To go deeper on a record, with mobile phone, personal email, home address, demographics, career signals, and social profiles, add Squid ID+.
