Copy your snippet from Install the snippet, then:

Open Code settings

In Framer, open the menu (top left) and choose Settings, then click Code under Site Settings.

Add a script

Click Add (top right of the Code panel) to open the Add Script dialog.

Configure the script

Set the fields:
  • Name: Squid
  • Placement: Start of <head> so Squid ID loads first, before other scripts
  • Page: All
  • Run: Every page so it fires on every page visit

Paste the snippet and save

Paste your snippet into the Code box and click Add to save the script.

Publish

Publish your site so the change goes live, then verify.
Start of <head> + Run on every page means Squid ID loads first and identifies the visitor on every page they view, including client-side navigations within your Framer site.
